Suggest Risk Swollen Glans And Painful Shoulder Blades

Hi, I woke up this morning with neck/head pain in the back and a lot of pressure. I was able to get relief from Excedrin most of the day, but now I can't look down, my glands are swollen, and some pain between my shoulder blades. I have taken a pain pill with NO relief at all. What are the risks? Should I see a doctor immediately?
