Suggest Risk With Palmar Flexion In Medius Finger In Children

Hi, I'am a 17 year-old boy and I have tremors in my right medius finger while I try to flect it and I also have sometimes involuntary palmar flexion of the right medius. I have a fine tremor of the right fingers when I put the hands in front of my face. I also noticed a fine tremor of my left fingers too. Could it be a dangerous condition?
