Suggest Safe Blood Thinner Medication In Place Of Lovenox

I ve been fighting blood clots for almost 3 years, I ve been on the injection s of Lovanox 80 for over 2 years, I can t take anymore of those shots... what is a safe blood thinner to be on (I m 65) that doesn t make you lose your hair or other side effects

I really appreciate your concern, you have not given detail history of clot where exactly you are having clot and best blood thinner is "warfarin" but better to have clinical examination prior to have this medicine, here lack of clinical information put the limits, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
