Suggest Safe Medicine For Acne

Hi, my face is prone to acne. I ve used a lot of things like: proactive, benzac etc. I am currently using phisohex and it seems to be working but my skin is going dry and red. Should I continue with it and use rich moisturizers to stop the dryness? Or use a different cleaner? Please help! I really want to get rid of my pimples! Thank you!

welcome to HCM,
after medication your skin is going red and dry. it seems that you are using more medicine for local application or using it at day time.
acne vulgaris is a teen age problem .
Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells.

wash your face with 2% salicylic acid . apply gentaly on face, and rinse it after 1 minute. patt dry your face and apply Azeleic acid 10% cream at night and Clindamycin gel at day time .

use emollient that is non-comedogenic (Acrofy lotion) which is non comedogenic and sebum regulator also.

take cap Minocycline 100mg once daily for 20 days.

hope this will help you

thanks
