Suggest Safe Medicine To Avoid Pregnancy

Hello Doctor, My question is on pregnancy, as me and my girlfrnd had sex on 18 th of this month, Unfortunately we didn’t do with any protection. Her menstrual cycle is by 24th of every month. But after our intercourse she didn’t get her periods yet. We are very sure that I didn’t cum inside her, but Precum is making us worry. We are yet to try any pregnancy test. I am here to ask you If the test is positive what kind of medicine she can take to avoid pregnancy. I don’t want her to suffer either. Please help

Understand your concern
First step is the confirmation of pregnancy. If intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week will be confirmed by USG , you can safely use mifepristone plus misoprostol to terminate the pregnancy under the guidance and supervision of gynecologist.
By procedure, mifepristone orally should be followed by misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Do not take abortion medicine at home without observation as it cause serious complication and chance of failure of abortion.
Abortion process will complete in 5-6 days as bleeding will stops.
Confirmation of completeness process of abortion should be done by USG scan after 14 days for safe practice.
