Suggest Safe Medicine To Lower BP Level Without Any Side Effect

Good morning! I have been taking S Numlo 2.5 mg for the last 4 months - one tablet a day before breakfast. But my blood pressure is not coming under control - it varies between 170-130/96-85. I have started having hot flashes, swelling on my legs, heaviness in the head and irritation in eyes also. Kindly suggest me that which medicine should I take or add with it in order to keep my BP under control cure the problems which are developing may be due to the intake of medicine that I am taking.
