Suggest Safe Methods To Terminate Pregnancy

My last period is on 16th April.... N I guess I m 20days pregnant now.... Me n my husband don t want to continue this as of now we have a baby of 1yr old.... It is very soon for us to manage things.... We want to have a time gap between 3 to 4 years in between the babies so we decided to abort pls suggest me the safest measure to do so with out any side effects in future

Understand your concern
Safe and effective option for the termination of pregnancy is mifepristone plus misoprostol. Always use abortion pill under the advice of obstetrician after checking intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by transvaginal USG.
Do not use at home as self medication because it cause excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion, infection, cramp, abnormal development of pregnancy. All above complication does not controlled at home.By procedure,
1st Day: mifepristone 600 mg orally
3rd Day: Misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally by gynecologist. Some time extra dose may be needed
7th day: follow up if excessive bleeding
14th Day: Confirmation of retain product by USG scan

Abortion pill cause moderate bleeding, abdominal cramp, tiredness, diarrhoea, vomiting like side effects. Abortion process will complete with in 3-5 days. Choose your contraception to avoid similar kind of situation in future
