Suggest Safe Pregnancy Termination Methods

Hello mam ,i am one month pregnant , i already have a 9 months old daughter, i am not prepared for this pregnancy neither financially nor mentally, kindly advice me the best possible way to terminate. me and my husband read about misopristol but we stay in the country where itz banned, is there any other alternate. Visiting a doctor for abortion is an offence and can be charged upto 5 years imprisonment. plz plzz help. Mrs Bamrah
