we had unprotected sex and not sure about about whether i came out but after that she is not having periods and its been a month. so we want to know what should we do whether we should go for pregnancy test. if yes then what is the procedure and what if results comes out to be positive.

If she has regular 28-30 day cycles and if you happened to have the intercourse around the period of ovulation or in the mid-cycle, she has high chances of conception. Since she has missed her period, you should get a home pregnancy test done followed by a clinical evaluation by an expert. If positive, a trans-vaginal sonogram gives the location of the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy. If the pregnancy is unwanted, you can ask the specialist for an induced medical abortion.
