Hii I am having a 8 months old baby boy yesterday I have found that, I am pregnant again, I am a working woman due to my baby care I want to abort this child , is this safe for me and what pill I can use for abortion, please help me as soon as possible..

I really appreciate your concern, no medicines can abort the pregnancy safely surgical method is the option can be tried but that is also not safe, if possible try to carry the pregnancy (better to confirm the pregnancy first) hope this information helps.
