Suggest Safe Treatment For Hair Fall Control

sir i am 20 year old male and around 1 year ago i am suffering from hair fall and cosult a doctor who told me its a telogen effilium and prescribed me mintop 5% wih fewo-xt & revilus & after 4 moths my hairfall stop completely and he stops my medication but after 2 months due to the intake of many antibiotics coz i am ill at tha time hairfall startslike crazy and i again cnsult him and he prescribed me sanfer plus &xtranglo wih hair joy 5% for two months and i take that prescription & after two months he precribe me xtranglo with mintop 10% which i dnt taked coz i read somewhere tha after stoppin minoydil hairfall starts again now two months completed & my hair fall stop but it is hairfall in my ri8 side of vertex or traingle rigion very much what should i do plz suggest my life is become like hell plz suggest...........................
