Suggest Side Effects Of Orni 500 Drug

Hello doctor.I am 26yr old girl.since 45days I am suffering from diarrhoea,nausea,and mild fever.Day before yesterday i had dysentry also with little blood in it.I took ciproflaxin 500 1bd,Tinidazole 500 1bd,Omez 20mg 1bd for 5days.Now doctors have priscribed Omez 500 1bd.I m also taking serlift 25mg,and lonazep 0.25mg precribed by psychiatric doctor.I have also missed my mentrual cycle.should I take Orni 500 drug without any test.Is there anny side effect of this drug.
