Suggest Side Effects Of Miferin & Prestakind

Hi, i am 26, married 6 months before, my period date was 27 may but i missed out period. when i checked home pregtest it showed positive.. now we are not planning to have a baby.. so i am plaaning to take miferin and then prestakind tab. Is it safe to use the tab.. will they cause any side effects if i am planning to have baby after 2 yrs
