Suggest Side Effects Of Shoulder Disclocation

My son completely dislocated his shoulder last summer while water tubing.Now his shoulder dislocates quite often,even while sleeping and putting on a shirt.What are the long term side effects and what do you recommend?I am concerned because he is only 21 years old and it is happening more often now.Thank You.
