Suggest Significance Of Ear Drum Transplantation To Restore Hearing

I had an operation on my ear drum about 20 years back where grafting was done on my holed ear drum. There was loss in hearing which now due age has been deteriorated. the question is if an ear drum transplant can be done to restore to good hearing.?

Not always result is satisfactory. Specially if there is any middle ear unresolved pathology or sensorineural hearing loss. I will advice you to do a check pure tone audiometry and tympanometry.
