Suggest Soap That Can Be Used For Blackheads And Pimples

Plz suggest me any soap as I have blackheads on my nose n even having small pimples on face also. . Plz suggest any lotions to used in night before going to bed... my friends suggest me dermadew soap can I use it. I have a baby of 4 months so scared to experiment. .
