Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Having difficulty in breathing is related to:
- respiratory issues: run chest X-ray, respiratory function tests
- cardiac problems: run ECG, cardiac echo, stress test

Further tests are needed to determine the right cause and get proper treatment.

Keep monitoring your blood sugar/pressure levels, record the results to get them analyzed by your doctor.

Wish you all the best!
Dr.Albana
