Suggest Solution For Left Ear Hearing Loss

54yr female with left ear hearing loss Ent sent for MRI. Results extensive fluid in left mastoid air cells. There is lobular dural based enhancing mass along the anterior inferior margin of right frontal lobe. It is located along the inner table of right frontal calavaris.are these two things connected?

I have gone through your query; and it suggests that both are separate entity. Left ear hearing loss is related to the extensive fluid in the left mastoid air cells.
