Suggest Solution To Remove Pink Color Boil On Labia Majora

i hm 22yrs old female..i have got a boil sort of thing on myleft labia majora wch i noticed during bath..it pnever gave me any pain but when i try to press it it gives me pain..theres no hair growth from it..and it pinkish colored slightly larger than pin head..i m worried its some cyst..please give me some solution
