Hi,

Needs surgical physical checkup and may need imaging studies to comment on hernia! You must go for it. Take fruits and boiled or steamed vegetables mostly, salads! More instead of rice, chapati i.e., white floor can be avoided for few weeks . Can fast for a day after month is good ! Milk is not good for you, (you must already taken Pantoprazole tab). Do yoga and Pranayam! It will work for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
