Suggest Some Medication For Fibroids?

Hi I am a 51 yr old women, I have fibroids and was told last month my uterus is the size of a 24 week pregnant women. I have been very constipated. By the end of the day my clothes are so tight it is uncomfortable. I have to take a ducloax once every 10 days just to clean myself out. I'm trying to drink even more water during the day. Any thoughts?
