Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Diabetes And Elevated Uric Acid Levels

my mother is suffering from pain in whole body. she is also a diabetic. Her ASO titre test is positive (370iu)and uric acid 5.8mg.I have no idea to which department I could consult for treatment. I have consulted with a neurologist. He had taken lab test MNCV,SNCV,F WAVE ,all report status is normal. He prescribe some medicine but she didn't feel well and her health is deteriorate.
Please advice in which medical department I could consult and what way she will be treated.
