Suggest Substitute For Adderall

Hello I m currently taking 40mg. Of Vyvanse in morning and it works great to get me going but wears off after 3-4 hrs leaving me scatter brained. I used to take adderall tablets 30mg twice a day but that was 2 years ago and that was what worked for me but lost my ins. Anyway my current doctor will not presribe adderall tablets and I don t know what else would even compare? Any thoughts?

Your current doctor is not prescribing adderall because he has alternate opinion. You cannot insist on a particular medicine because you are not a doctor.
