Suggest Substitute For Arthrotec

Arthrotec and intestinal bleeding. My family doctor has forced me onto arthotec for 30 yrs and i've been hemorrhaging from the intestines the last 2, and my pharmacist warns me to not take these and there are alternatives. My doctor tells me to not worry, i've had no problems with em for 30 yrs. Should this doctor even practice medicine?
