Suggest Substitute For Cerazette Contraceptive Pills

I live in China and am looking for my medication here. I use Cerazette, a french contraceptive pill that reduces the risk of blood clots, and well as 'seroplex', an escitalopram based pill that is used to treat depression. Is there a chinese equivalent of these medications, are they under a different name here? Or are there different types of these medications?
