Suggest Substitute Medication For Lyrica For Extreme Pain In The Fingers
Hi I take Lyrica for numbness of my fingers the tip of them mostly. But it seem its not working for me. My fingers wakes me up doing the night. I would like to know if there is something else I can take or do for this pain it hurts really bad. This pain is some time unbearable please help me.

Hi,
I think we can increase the dose of Lyrica. Besides these, we may add other drugs like gabapentin to it. Some topical drugs like Capsaicin cream may also be helpful. If still not controlled we can use opioids as well.
However, we should rule out peripheral arterial disease in such cases.
