Suggest Substitute Of Rampiril

Hi, I have been taking rampiril for a year following a Heart Attack I am 51 years old and have a normal blood pressure of 90 over 60. I very oftrn feel light headed and dizzy I take 1.25mg morning and night I tried to up the nihjt time dose to 2.5 but couldn t tolerate it. Is there any alternative to Rampiril that would give me the same benefits but without the side effects which are affcting my quality of life
