Suggest Suitable Device For Opening The Pelvis

i had pelvic reconstructive surgery Dec. 2nd. My gyno says that I need to stretch the opening and recommended a device. i would like to know which device is best and what size I should buy. He stated that I have an opening that is about 1 1/2 fingers as opposed to the typical 2 finger opening.
