Suggest Suitable Medication For An Eye Infection

I have AEC count of 1574 cells/mm3 . I had eye infection problems. Frequently my eyes were turning red. So Eye doctor suggested me for AEC blood test. My eyes get very dry after I get up in morning. I get acid reflux if I eat any fried or junk food...too much gastric prob...frequently get burps after eating...feel like my head is heavy...I stay in kerala. I am 40 years old.

aec count is of not much rlevence. it is count of eosonophil per 1oo wbc. generally it is raised in allergy or allergic response. for acid reflux take bland diet. and for dry eye apply artificial tear drop. Take small meals in short intervals. can take omiprazole and uni enzyme.
