Suggest Suitable Medication For High BP And Cardiac Problems

I was Rxd trika0.25 8 yrs ago. but after 5yrs I had to increase the dose to half of 0.50 tab but it is always disturbed sleep or very less sleep sayless than 2 hrs in a night. is it okay I increase the tab dose?? I am63yrs old woman and have high BP and cardiac problems and now Iam DM since 5yrs pls help
