Suggest Suitable Medication For Mastioditis

I have mastioditis . I had an MRI of the brain and was diagnosed with it. I also was diagnosed with venous angioma and found white spots on the brain. The neurologist I saw told me not to worry about the spots or the venous angioma. Should I get another opinion?
