Suggest Suitable Method To Squeeze Breast Milk
i am a working women. my maternity leaves are going to be finished. i want to leave milk in bottle at home. for this is it better to press breast to store expressed milk or should i use suction pump. is pressing breast also help to increase milk supply or i use pump to express milk. kindly reply soon

Well come to HCM
Actually this is not the right method, human milk can be sour easily and so it can not be preserved for later purpose this could be more safe in breast it self no need to squeeze this out it breast feeding is the only option, more over squeezing the breast could lead to swelling and some time infection also, hope this helps.
