Suggest Suitable Procedure For Hip Replacement

I have read that special training is required for an orthopedic surgeon to perform the anterior invasive approach to a hip replacement. Also I understand there is a special table used for this surgery. I read that the surgeon should also perform 50 or more of a year. I am worried about range of motion I will have and leg length. I would appreciate an answer to these questions as I am facing this surgery soon. Thank you
