Suggest Suitable Test To Detect Pregnancy

how can my daughter 44 years had her tubes tied 24 years ago be tested two urine pregnancy test one blood test and another at 9.4 be pregnant she takes a lot of medicine she has not been with anybody for 3 years it has to be medication waiting on another blood test in 48 hours

Hello ma'am and welcome.

If your daughter has not been with anybody since the last 3 years, then pregnancy is ruled out and this is a hormonal effect. A pregnancy test is not required if your daughter has not had sexual intercourse and has had her tubes tied as well. But if you wish for guaranteed results, then an ultrasound will help confirm/rule out pregnancy immediately. Although I do not know if a doctor would be ready to perform an ultrasound on a woman who has had no sexual exposure and is suspecting pregnancy. But you could try and request the doctor.
