Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Your description suggest that you have frequent mood swings. You also have changes in energy levels and increased appetite. This may be an indicator of some mental health problem and more specifically a mood disorder.
I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist and get evaluated in detail regarding these issues. There is nothing to hesitate and it would be a healthy step for you if you do so.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks.
