Suggest Suitable Therapy For Persistent Depression

I have stopped taking my medication for depression for a few weeks. I am not feeling like myself. I feel my emotions zapped, or I feel extremely agitated and angry or I dip into a deep depression. I don't have another refill and I feel like I need a different medication overall.
