Suggest Suitable Treatment For Bartholin Cyst

I had a bartholin cyst last week. It was my second one so they put a catheter in me. I was told it was supposed to be in for two weeks, however, it came half-way out today. Pulling it out hurts a lot but leaving it like that makes it very uncomfortable too. What are my options? Is there a way to take it out without hurting?
