Suggest Suitable Treatment For Bone TB

I had bone tb in my right leg toe before one year,and for my treatment i contacted with doctor in jabalpur(m.p) and doctor had adwised me for x-ray in which there is a black spot in my bone of toe.Doctor had operated it and send report to the lab,found bone tb and then my treatment run for one year but now after having a long treatment i still have a small black spot in my right leg toe's bone and now i have pain in my right leg toe and above the toe till the knee which is operated.So please recommend me for this problem.
