Suggest Supplement To Prevent Side Effects From Radiation Therapy

Hi! I'm getting treatment for radiation therapy and light chemo for prevention on recurrence of cervical cancer. I just had my radical hysterectomy done. My question is what is the best treatment such as vitamins etc. To prevent short/ long term side affects. I'm 33 yes old, female, 5'0" tall and 124 pounds. There's no cancer known in my family.
