Suggest Symptoms Indicating Multiple Sclerosis

I have had two MRIs. Both were negative for lesions. However, Neorologist and Nero surgean both state that because I have hyper-reflexia, wide based gait, tinnitus, jaw thrust, and other symptoms that I am positive for MS. I have not had spinal tap. Could this diagnosis be correct?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have skinny legs . Well the symptoms which appear in people having multiple sclerosis like blurred or double vision , thinking problems , clumsiness or a lack of coordination , loss of balance , numbness , tingling or weakness in an arm or leg. Spinal tap is test in which a small sample of fluid is removed from your spinal canal for laboratory analysis. This sample can show abnormalities in antibodies that are associated with MS . Spinal tap can also help rule out infections and other conditions with symptoms similar to MS. So i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon , who may order spinal tab.
