Hi, im 17 years old, im 5ft and weight 40 kg.
i need to ask quite a private question. 20th of june me and my boyfriend were fooling around...he was rubbing his penis on my vagina but it was clean and dry with no semen at all. i have been extremely worried and even ordered levenolle which i took today around 11am .i have been researching this question and it has become very scary and confusing. could i become pregnant as i think it would be unlikely just need reassurance as i am very paranoid

The symptoms of early pregnancy which help to suspect the pregnancy in first three months are:
1. Missing a period
2. Nausea and vomiting
3. Frequency of urination
4. Breast Changes -
* Engorgement and tenderness
* Brownish discolouration of nipples and areola. This happens in first pregnancy and is permanent change.
* Increasing the size of areola
* Clear secretions from nipple on squeezing
However, pregnancy is never diagnosed on any of these symptoms.
For confirmation of pregnancy, clinical examination is necessary. To support the clinical diagnosis, following tests can be performed:
1. Urine pregnancy test and/or
2. Ultrasonography
Both these tests are to be performed after 8-10 days of missed period.
Beta hCG test is highly specific and sensitive which can give reliable results within 2-3 days of missed period.
