Suggest Tests During Pregnancy To Ensure The Health Of The Fetus?

hi , i m pregnant in (18 weeks + 5 days) I mad ultrasound , but the doctor only measured the (BPD, HC, AC, FL) and checked the heart rate, placenta and amniotic fluid. is that enough to detect all the foetal anomalies? or should I make 3D ultrasound ? I m afraid of harelip, Down Syndrome ...etc. thanks

Thanks for the query under health care magic forum.
- Cleft palate/ hare lip can be diagnosed by Plain USG after 19 weeks of pregnancy.3 D USG would have better pictures.
- Dawn's syndrome can be diagnosed in first 3 months by-
- Estimation of plasma protein A ( PAPPA) & Human chorionic gonadotrophin levels .. altered levels indicate possibility of Dawn's syndrome.
- USG test for Nuchal fold thickness
-In 2nd trimaster, blood test estimation of Alpha fetoprotein A, estimol, HCG & inhibin in blood.
