Suggest Tests Needed To Be Taken For General Checkup

I do not complain from any health problems, and i would like to have a complete medical check up on my health including chest x-ray (sometimes i smoke sometimes i quit, i.e. not a regular smoker)
Besides i want to make complete blood picture, urine and stool analysis.....etc
What else can i check please?

1.Get a X-ray chest PA view.
2.Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis - to asess (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen,kidneys, bladder,prostate and bowel)
3.Complete blood picture.
4.Urine and stool test.
5.ECG,ECHO for cardiac assessment good luck.
