Suggest Tests To Confirm STD's

Can I get a STD from using my brother's mastrubator he may of used? Please help I am really scared and feel sick to my stomach because I am so petrified. I threw it away right after I used it and my brother does not know. I'm asking you this just about 30 minutes after what I just did.

Thank you for query.Masturbation reduces the desire to have sex.If followed in a hygienic manner it will not transmit STDs or HIV.If the secretions come in contact due to sharing of masturbator and if there are abrasions or cuts in the contact area there are chances of transmission of STDs.Follow hygienic measures. The symptoms of STD you can look for are any rash, vesicles, redness, in genitals, urethral discharge, itching or burning in area,Inguinal lymph node swellings etc.If you have any symptoms you can consult doctor they will investigate you by local examination, urine or discharge sample lab examination, blood tests if required, biopsy if required etc.
If you do not have any symptoms you need not bother Get back directly to me if any queries.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist.
