Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Hyperthyroidism is a condition in which thyroid hormones levels T3 and T4 are found to be in higher ranges. In most of individuals hyperthyroidism presents with racing heart, palpitations, sweating, tremors, heat intolerance etc symptoms. So the symptoms like panic attacks, dizziness etc you are having could occur due to hyperthyroid states but proper evaluation is needed to make diagnosis.

For confirmation of the diagnosis visit a physician for help. Tests that should be done include thyroid function tests which include T3, T4 and TSH levels. fT3, fT4 tests give more detailed view of thyroid profile. You can ask for these tests to rule out hyperthyroid states. If tests come normal then visit a psychiatrist for management of the symptoms of panic and dizziness.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
