Suggest Tests To Diagnose Cramps In The Legs,lower Back And Buttocks

I have leg cramps that grab when I am standing walking. My legs mussels, lower back, buttocks and below my buttocks are sore and and stiff. It started about 6 months ago with pain in my buttocks and legs. I had that about 3 months and then the cramps started in my calves and back of thighs. The initials pain felt like the pain you get when you have exercised a part of your body that you haven t used in a long time. I had an MRI which showed 3 small issues (small bone spur, fluid and something else). The Dr. said my back was in decent shape for my age. I had an EMG which showed no pinched nerves. Monday I m having up to 6 steroid shots done to my spine based on feel. When I lay on my left side, I get a dull ach down the outside of my bottom leg. I have no cramps at night in bed. Are there other tests that may lead to a diagnosis?
