Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I have read your description and understand your concern. You can do the following tests to check the functioning status of the liver: 1. Complete Liver Function Test by estimating Bilirubin, Total Protein, Albumin, A/G Ratio and Liver enzymes namely AST, ALT, Alkaline Phosphatase and Gamma GT. 2. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen. You need to seek suitable treatment from the Physician if any variations has been found and undergo these tests as a follow-up, at least once in 3 to 6 months to know the condition of your liver. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
