Suggest The Appropriate Dosages Of Sertraline-100mg, Trepiline-20ml And Epilizine

Hi doctor, hope you are well, I am on Sertraline-100mg a day, 50 morning and 50 miday, for about 6 months and tripilene 20ml at night, I recently started epilizine 100mg at night as a mood stabliser, my question is what is the correct balance between all these medications, quantity wise?
