Suggest The Best Treatment For Dry Chemical Burn Possibly Triggered By Sweat Followed By Terribly Painful Rashes

been toworker comp doctor, not allowed to work til next visit started with dry chemical burn activated by water and or sweat, went into severe rash, treating with anti body cream and anti bodic cream this is going on for days, oozing cream color discharge and crying yelling type pain, and other options to try?

Hi,

It's irritant contact dermatitis, due to overuse of antibiotics cream and other different topicals lead to this problem. So my opinion is that you should not worry about this. Tab antihistamines like Allegra 180 mg daily and topical fusibact will get a good result. The short duration of oral steroids like Deflazacort will give a fast result.
