AS PER THE USG FINDINGS HE IS HAVING ENLARGED PROSTATE WITH A 1.1CM OF BLADDER STONE.
THE BEST MANAGEMENT OF THIS CONDITION IS TURP (BIPOLAR/UNIP0LAR) WITH CLT.
